The historic Wollison- Shipton Building now has office space available. Rent is free for all new tenants for the first three months, after which rent starts as low as $150 per month. Although a minimum three year lease agreement is required, lease terms are flexible.

Spaces are available ranging from 200 to 3,000 square feet, with most being recently renovated. Permanent amenities include a free broadband internet connection, free domain hosting, free web space, free common conference room, occasional use of copying and fax machines, security system, and even a shower. Most spaces include at no extra charge heat, air conditioning and electricity. The building is fully handicapped accessible including two elevators and automatic doors.
